“Electrons” pays homage to the elementary. A celebration of the smallest as a prerequisite for the great. A praise for the complexity and an invitation to engage in unusual perspectives and to look for the fascinating behind the obvious.

Electrons are the “basic material” for electricity. Without electrons there would be no thunderstorm, no thought, no emotion, no message. Without electrons there would be no computer, no internet, no digitization. Digital processes are essential in media work. That’s why I chose this topic for an artwork for Brinkschulte Medien GmbH & Co. KG.
