The twelve wall mounted candle holders for the Friedenskirche in Iserlohn-Letmathe are assigned to the twelve apostles. Each holder is therefore provided with the symbol of the respective apostle by means of laser engraving. For example, the candlestick for the Apostle Peter is marked by the representation of a key, the candlestick for Andrew shows the bar cross (“St. Andrew’s cross”) and Judas Iscariot received a money bag as a figurative sign and the illustration of three stylized coins.
