AI for Illustration
Image-generating AI is now so advanced that I can transform my sketches into photorealistic images. This illustration of my design "D' Marmorata" is a good example of how a pencil sketch can become a highly detailed photograph.

On October 29th, a double reading took place at the Kley Gallery. Günter Rückert read short stories from his new book "Blagen – zwischen Halde und Köttelbecke, and I contributed some poems from my poetry collection "Lass mich Leben spüren" (Let Me Feel Life). My very first reading – and a wonderful experience. [...]
45 tons of concrete plus 4 tons of steel form the base for the roundabout artwork in Letmathe. The foundation work was completed during the autumn school holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia. The pylon with the road network map is scheduled to be erected next year.
My next solo show will take place at Galerie Kley in Hamm from September 14th to October 23rd. Titled “Pinsel, Pixel und Fragmente” (Brushes, Pixels and Fragments), the exhibition will showcase a wide range of my work: shadow paintings, acrylic paintings, abstract portraits, pixel art, sculptures, ink drawings, and a kinetic artwork. In conversation with the art historian Dr. Carolin Krüger-Bahr I explain my various groups of works and tell how I came to art and what drives me. The 15-minute film also shows works from the last few years and can now also be seen on my YouTube channel.
Since my exhibition at the Parktheater Iserlohn, five more sunfish sculptures have been created. They are hybrids of organism and machine and combine biological and technical features in their design language. As a result, they evade clarity and question classifications and attributions.
On July 5th, the exhibition “Kunst verbindet” (“Art Connects”) by the association “Kunstverein Iserlohn e. V.” opened in the Sparkasse Iserlohn. The works by artists from Iserlohn's sister cities in Hungary, Poland and the Netherlands as well as members of the Kunstverein Iserlohn will be on display until the end of September. I am [...]
